Uncontrollable Passing Gas Or Farting?

Is there anyone who has IBS having a problem with uncontrollable passing gas or farting? I was reading a forum where a few members were saying that sometimes they pass gas or fart right out of the blue. They don’t mean for it to happen, but it just comes out loudly, especially when there are people around.
