Colon Surgery?

I’m really not a fan of any type of surgery. I don’t have a lot of trust in these doctors and hospitals. Depending on the patient, sometimes doctors don’t treat the patient with the highest respect. All patients should be treated with the highest respect regardless of economics.

I know some may be going the surgery route if your IBS is just severe. In my opinion, please make this the very last resort. Try to avoid any type of surgery if you can. Make sure you have tried every safe natural alternative treatment there is. Again, I’m not fond of doctors cutting me up and possibly making things worst.

Get Rid Of The Stress

Get rid of the damn stress! Stress will mess up your colon. If you don’t know, the colon is somewhat controlled by the nervous sytem, which responds to any type stress. Stress will disrupt the normal healthy working process of the colon.

Uncontrollable Passing Gas Or Farting?

Is there anyone who has IBS having a problem with uncontrollable passing gas or farting? I was reading a forum where a few members were saying that sometimes they pass gas or fart right out of the blue. They don’t mean for it to happen, but it just comes out loudly, especially when there are people around.
